Sr. Majella O'Keeffe

SR. MAJELLA O’KEEFFE taught Art for many years in a Co-Educational Secondary School.  While on sabbatical in London in 1991 - 1992, she started Icon painting under Dr. Guillem Ramos-Poquí, who gave a course in Ireland in 1992.  As a follow-up to this course, the Association of Iconographers of Ireland was set up.   Majella works in Archives for the Western Province of the Sisters of Mercy and is at present on Year 3 of Sr. Petra Clare’s Online Course in iconography.
